The journey begins in Hurghada, so you'll need to book your arrival flight to Hurghada International Airport. The trip ends in Cairo, where you can fly home from either Cairo International Airport or Sphinx International Airport, depending on what suits you best. During the trip, we'll take a domestic flight from Luxor to Cairo. This flight is not included, and we'll send you an email with the recommended flight so the whole group can travel together. Yes. Most travellers can obtain a 30-day tourist visa on arrival at Egypt's main airports. The cost is approximately USD 30. After confirming your booking, we'll send you all the information you need to obtain your visa on arrival or, if you prefer, apply online through the Egypt e-Visa system before your trip. We also recommend checking your country's official travel advice for the latest entry requirements before travelling.
No. This trip is suitable for all riding levels. Riders are divided into two groups according to their experience, and you'll always be accompanied by experienced guides throughout the rides.
On the 10-day trip, we'll explore some of Egypt's most iconic archaeological treasures, including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the ancient necropolis of Saqqara. Throughout the journey, you'll discover the fascinating history of Ancient Egypt with the help of a private local guide, making each visit even more immersive and memorable.
Absolutely! In fact, we highly encourage it. Around 95% of our travellers join the trip solo, and it's one of the things that makes Born2Travel so special. You can book directly through the booking section on this page by paying a €500 deposit. The remaining balance is due 15 days before departure.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are fully refundable. The trip requires a minimum of 5 participants. If this number is not reached, your full deposit will be refunded.
